The UK office of our management company are able to arrange flights, car hire, attraction tickets and holiday insurance if required.
For those who have not visited Florida before, the temperature can be described as varying from very warm in winter, to very hot in summer. To help you plan ahead, a brief weather guide is described below.
Spring (March to May)
High temperatures in the upper 80's and cooler in the evenings. Lows possible in the 50's. Plenty of sunshine but spring showers are common. Swim wear , shorts and light clothing for the day, sweaters for the cooler evening.
Summer (June to September)
Daily temperatures are in the 90's. Highs with strong sunshine and average in the 70's. Later afternoon thunderstorms, usually last only an hour. Visit attractions early to avoid midday heat. Return in the evenings to enjoy extended summer hours and night time shows. Light clothing and sensible footwear.
Autumn (October to mid December)
Ideal weather in the 80's high and lows around 60's. Abundant sunshine with some thunderstorms. Swim wear and light clothing for the day, light jacket may be required in the evening.
Winter (mid December to February)
The temperatures are cooler, especially between late December through to January. 70's average high, evening lows around 55's. Swim wear and light clothing for warm afternoons, warmer clothing and jackets for the cooler evenings.

General provisions for your first evening can be provided for a set price. Full details are available on request. A charge is set by the management company for this service. This ranges from $25 to $100.
Pool heating is charged at £80 per week. As a suggestion, this should be considered during the winter months and for those who like to swim in the evenings after a long day at the parks.
A security deposit of £150 is required to cover any unlikely damage or breakage during your stay. This will be refunded as soon as possible after your return.
Your rental charge will include :
Gas (Excluding the pool heater - see above)
Electricity
Water
Cable TV.
Bed linen and towels, excluding pool towels
A cot and high chair can be hired on request..
No smoking is permitted in the villas.
It would be appreciated if this could be done in the area around the pool.
